Alright, let’s pretend I woke up one day with zero clients in my pipeline. Zilch. Nada. And I need to change that ASAP. What would I do? Let me break it down for you in a way that even my dog could follow (though he’s more interested in chasing squirrels).

 

Step 1: Buy the Leads (Yes, You Read That Right)

First, I’d hop over to Coldlytics.com and snag 400 leads per month for a cool $300/mo. Why 400? Because I like nice, round numbers, and I’m a bit obsessed with efficiency. Let’s say your target is chiropractors. I’d grab a list of 400 U.S.-based chiropractors who’ve been in business for 5-15 years. I’m talking name, email, company, and their LinkedIn profile URL, because who doesn’t like a bit of professional stalking?

 

Step 2: Make ChatGPT Your New BFF

Next, I’d mosey on over to ChatGPT and hit it with this prompt:

“I have a list of 400 chiropractors who’ve been cracking backs for 5-15 years. I own a boutique Facebook and Instagram ads agency that helps chiropractors get a steady flow of new patients. What are 10 super-valuable freebies I can offer them to warm them up and make them fall head over heels for me?”

Pick the best idea from the list, and voila! You’ve got yourself a freebie. Now, I could tell you how to create that freebie using ChatGPT, but I’m going to leave you hanging for now—that’s a story for another day. 😉

 

Step 3: Create an Opt-In Page (No, It’s Not as Scary as It Sounds)

You’ll need an opt-in page where your soon-to-be clients can sign up for your awesome freebie. Don’t sweat the copy—ChatGPT can help you with that too. Once you’ve got your opt-in page set, you’ll want a thank-you page (because we’re polite like that).

On this thank-you page, you’ll need a video. No, you don’t have to channel your inner Spielberg—just be yourself. In the video, say something like:

  • “Thanks for downloading your freebie! 🎉”
  • “Here’s how to access it…”
  • “This resource is going to help you solve x, y, z problems in your business.” (But, you know, be specific.)
  • “If you want to solve these problems faster than a chiropractor can say ‘adjustment,’ schedule a quick call with me. I help chiropractors like you get new patients every month.”

Then slap a big ol’ button below the video for them to schedule their free strategy call.

 

Step 4: Warm Up Those Leads (No Blankets Required)

Go back to Coldlytics, download that shiny new list of chiropractors, and upload it into your email marketing software. You’re going to send 3 emails per week—yes, 3!—and pack them full of value. No sales-y nonsense, just pure, unadulterated value.

Two-thirds of these emails should invite them to download your free resource. And remember: VALUE, VALUE, VALUE! (If you say it three times, it becomes true, right?)

 

Step 5: Watch the Calls Roll In (Cue Happy Dance)

Now sit back, relax, and watch those calls start booking themselves.
